Challenges and Solution: The turnkey contract is on the fast track basis with delay in site acquisition. The industrial loading was considered but design will have to be confirmed as the actual and existing loading.

Aquathai is the technology provider for the SBR process of the Sewage Treatment Plant of 74 MLD (74,000 m3/d) on average flow with the peak flow up to 148,000 m3/day. The work is in collaboration with the affiliated company in India to provide the following supply and services to the client on the off-shore basis:

  • Design, Engineering and Process Warranty
  • Technical Assistance during the installation
  • Training
  • Supervision of the Testing and commissioning and Trial Run

The onshore portion includes the procurement and supply of:

  • 12 No. of AquaCycle™ SBR decanters with LCS and VFD
  • PLC and SCADA completing with programming
